Does the hotel have its own parking?
Yes, SPA Hotel Schlosspark has its own car park with limited capacity.
We recommend reserving a parking space in advance. Parking is available for a fee of 400 CZK/night.
Is it possible to drive directly to the hotel?
Yes, you can drive right up to the hotel.

Accommodation & check-in/out
When can I check in and when do I have to leave?
Check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00. If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage at reception and use the hotel restaurant or lobby bar. Late check-out is possible by arrangement with reception.
What documents do I need for check-in?
For check-in you need an ID card or passport; this also applies to children if you are arriving from another country.
Pets, children, gift vouchers
Is it possible to stay with a dog?
Small dogs are welcome at the hotel by prior arrangement.
The fee is 400 CZK or 500 CZK per night depending on the dog’s size (up to 20 kg and over 20 kg).
For hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed to enter the restaurant and wellness centre.
Are children welcome at the hotel?
Yes, children are welcome. The hotel has a children’s corner. Baby cots and high chairs are available free of charge. Children are allowed to enter the wellness zone from the age of 12 when accompanied by an adult. Spa treatment for children is possible from the age of 15.
Does the hotel offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers for accommodation, wellness treatments and romantic stays.
Vouchers can be ordered by email or at the hotel reception.

Yes, you can choose from the à la carte menu throughout the day.
Does the hotel offer half board or full board?
Yes, when booking, guests can choose a stay with breakfast, half board or full board.
Lunches and dinners are served as a buffet or a set menu depending on the season.
When are breakfast, lunch and dinner served?
Breakfast is served from 7:30–10:00, lunch from 12:00–15:00 and dinner from 18:00–20:00.
Is breakfast included in the room price?
Yes, a rich buffet breakfast is included in the accommodation price.
It is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00 in the hotel restaurant with a view of the spa district.

Yes, bathrobes and slippers are included in the accommodation price.
Does the hotel have a pool?
Yes, guests have access to a counter-current pool with a whirlpool and a massage water spout.
Does the hotel have a sauna?
Yes, the sauna is available free of charge every day in the afternoon, or privately by reservation at reception.
Is the sauna accessed with or without swimwear?
The sauna is textile-free.
Do you have a doctor at the hotel?
Yes, a spa doctor visits the hotel.
Is access to the wellness zone free of charge?
Access to the wellness zone is free for hotel guests (pool and sauna). Therapeutic treatments must be booked in advance at the hotel reception or the balneo centre reception.
What therapeutic treatments does the hotel provide?
Hotel Schlosspark offers classic spa treatments such as bubble baths, peat wraps, oxygen therapy, inhalations, massages and physiotherapy.
Upon request, a consultation with a spa doctor can be arranged. Programmes are tailored to guests’ individual needs. We recommend booking additional treatments (without a treatment package) in advance.
Does the hotel have a supply of thermal water?
No, thermal water is not supplied to the hotel.
Is there an age limit for entering the wellness zone?
Children up to 12 years of age are allowed to enter the wellness zone only when accompanied by an adult.
Can I book treatments only on site?
You can book the treatments we offer at SPA Hotel Schlosspark upon arrival, but we recommend reserving a time in advance (by phone or email) at the hotel reception.

What payment methods does the hotel accept?
We accept cash and Visa and MasterCard payment cards.
Accommodation can also be paid in advance by bank transfer.
In which currencies can I pay at the hotel?
At SPA Hotel Schlosspark, you can pay in Czech crowns or euros.
Are all fees already included in the price?
The accommodation price does not include the city tax of 50 CZK/person/night.

Where can I smoke at the hotel?
Rooms at SPA Hotel Schlosspark are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas: balconies, terraces and the area near the main entrance.
What are the cancellation conditions?
Cancellation conditions are available on the hotel website in the “RESERVATIONS” section.
